標題[問題] XperiaZ備份還原的問題

是這樣的，我的手機最近像漏電一樣，充了100%，睡一覺不到八小時起來剩下2%~3% 我拿去門市問，他說最近更新常會有這樣的問題，把手機還原設定就會好了所以我就去載了官網上的PC Companion，依照指示備份及還原然後他沒有從電腦將資料匯入手機的選項搞了一整晚拿去門市，他又說啊我該備份的都備份了 app要自己去載啊請問這有解嗎? 我只是想要回我的通訊錄、對話紀錄還有照片.... 網路找不到，爬文也無解，拜託各位大大幫幫忙QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.32.91.91 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1402137866.A.987.html
