全球股市低點反彈以來 拉美漲幅15%居冠

去年成熟市場領漲趨勢不復見，今年以來全球金融市場表現大洗牌，其中，新興市場反攻力道最為強勁，據統計，自2月5日MSCI世界指數創低以來，三大新興股市的反彈幅度皆領先成熟國家，又以拉美股市強漲15%最高，漲幅居全球各主要區域之冠。

摩根全方位新興市場基金經理人奧斯汀‧弗瑞（Austin Forey）分析，年初以來美國企業獲利持續下修，促使投資人重新思考一味追逐成長是否合理，導致成熟股市漲多回檔壓力大；反觀部份新興國家在去年股債匯市大幅修正後，利率調整至有吸引力的水準，輔以經濟體質出現明顯改善，投資價值浮現，進而吸引國際資金開始回籠。
