歐盟：俄不改對烏做法 再制裁

（中央社布魯塞爾2014年6月27日綜合外電報導）歐盟領袖今天限時俄羅斯至遲30日，改變其對烏克蘭的政策，否則將面臨更嚴厲制裁的可能性。

28國歐盟領袖在聲明中說，莫斯科必須採行4個步驟，其中包括明確支持烏克蘭政府的和平計畫。

否則，歐盟領袖將「評估情況，如有必要，會採行必要的決定」。

歐盟這話指的是可能「進一步祭出嚴厲制裁措施」。（譯者：中央社黃自強）
