不分區立委蔡煌瑯投入南投補選

南投縣立委林明溱當選縣長，濁水溪線的立委要補選，民進黨不分區立委蔡煌瑯已決定投入南投縣的立委補選，蔡煌瑯明天要召開記者會，宣布投入南投縣立委補選。

這次南投縣立委補選，南投縣綠營有多人表態參選；前立委湯火聖最近積極跑基層，也要爭取黨提名。前立委李文忠說，他會遵照黨的遊戲規則。前立委林耘生則表示自己不缺席。民進黨縣黨部主委許阿甘說，多人參與是好事，縣黨部會先協調，協調不成再作民調決定人選。
