竊其他連隊野戰背包 5官兵起訴

軍中醜聞又一樁！36歲陳姓男子前年擔任陸軍關指部機步三連的代理連長，帶連隊到新竹縣湖口北測中心演訓，期間連上弟兄的野戰背包短缺16個，他得知同樣在中心參訓的另一個連隊，把背包集中放在營區的甲車封存場，暗示部屬「希望明天可以看到野戰背包！」

部屬陳姓下士夥同薛姓、陳姓、林姓等人偷偷跑去封存場，偷走16個野戰背包，補足短缺以通過檢查。對方發現遭竊，詢問後才知道遭關指部偷走，通報上級查辦。幾名被告都否認犯行，新竹地檢署偵查終結，將陳姓連長等5人依陸海空軍刑法竊取其他軍用品罪嫌起訴。
