開春來百餘人猝死 醫院急診室塞爆

近日寒流來襲、全台急凍，也讓各大醫院急診室大爆滿，比平日多三成，患者以呼吸道及心血管疾病為主，而且疾病嚴重度加重，造成許多醫院加護病房塞爆，醫護人員忙著到處挪床，才能收治重症患者。

各地消防局統計，這波開春以來的低溫，至少已奪走百餘條性命，其中不乏是四十多歲的青壯年，甚至台中有一名廿一歲男性年輕人也不幸猝死。

台大醫院副院長陳石池表示，從農曆過年到昨天，該院急診人次就比平日增三成，單日急診人次破四百人，其中以中風、心血管疾病的患者居多。台北榮總急診部主任黃睦舜也指出，急診患者的病情都較平日嚴重。高醫急診部主任劉耀華說，連日來幾乎每天有一至兩名患者是到院前即已死亡（ＯＣＨＡ）。中南部也有心臟病患蓋厚棉被仍不停發抖，出現心因性休克猝死。

北榮急診內科主任侯重光說，低溫會使得血管收縮，一旦高血壓患者未按時服藥，就容易造成血管阻塞，導致突發冠狀動脈心臟病或或腦中風。
