（中央社台北2014年 9月12日電）新華社今天報導，俄羅斯－大陸的東線天然氣輸送管已經正式動工，俄國總統蒲亭親自出席開工儀式，凸顯面臨西方制裁下，俄方對東線輸氣工程的重視。

俄中雙邊規劃，俄方修建兩條通往大陸的輸氣管道，西線運送俄國西伯利亞西部的天然氣進入大陸新疆，東線經俄國遠東地區輸送到大陸東北。

新華社報導，東西兩條管道合約金額4000億美元（約新台幣1.2兆），計劃輸氣量每年680億立方公尺。俄國預計2018年通過東線供氣，總量最終達到每年380億立方公尺。

此次修建的東線管道「西伯利亞力量」，氣源為西伯利亞東部位於雅庫特的恰楊達氣田、位於伊爾庫次克的科維克塔氣田。西伯利亞力量總長4000公里，途徑俄國遠東五個聯邦區。

恰楊達氣田計劃首先開採，管道自該地鋪設通往臨近大陸的海蘭泡（Blagoveshchensk），長約2200公里。
