泰國將課徵遺產稅與房地產稅

（中央社記者林憬屏曼谷2014年9月12日專電）泰國總理帕拉育今天向國家立法議會報告時指出，今年將開始課徵遺產稅與房地產稅。初步規劃，遺產稅的課徵門檻是5000萬銖（約新台幣4663萬元），房地產稅率則依地目而異。

帕拉育（Prayut Chan-O-Cha）還指出，個人所得稅與營業所得稅與過去相同，並調整有關貿易的稅收。

根據「泰叻報」（Thai Rath）線上新聞報導，房地產稅率可能以每100萬銖為估價基礎，每100萬價值的農地課徵500銖、自用住宅1000銖、商業用5000銖、空地課徵2萬銖。

遺產稅方面，5000萬銖以下的稅率是0%，5000萬到2億銖稅率10%，超過2億銖稅率是20%。

報導指出，泰國過去有2屆政府曾試圖實施房地產稅與遺產稅，其中1次是2006年政變後的軍政府，卻因這兩項法令非由民選政府宣布以致衍生爭議而撤銷。
