今天下午4時30分，彰化地方法院合議庭法官裁定：頂新製油公司前重事長魏應充、頂新屏東工廠廠長曾啟明，都羈押禁見!

頂新製油公司涉嫌以食用油進口飼料油案，彰化檢方今天凌晨1時多認為前董事長魏應充、頂新屏東廠廠長曾啟明涉嫌違反食品衛生管理法、刑法詐欺取財罪，有湮滅證據、勾串共犯或證人之虞聲請羈押禁見。因兩人拒絕夜間訊問，上午9時30彰化地方法院合議庭法官才開庭審理；曾啟明被訊問1個多小時；到魏應充接受訊問時，蒞庭的1名主任檢察官和1名檢察官，與魏應充及律師展開激烈的攻防。到下午2時20分才休兵，合議庭的三名法官隨即進行評議。
