（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣2014年12月12日電）跨年迎接日出曙光有新選擇，花蓮新光兆豐農場與中興航空合作，推出熱氣球自由飛行，將於元旦開放約10個名額，供民眾高空欣賞日出。

中興航空航務副總經理葉又青今天表示，民航局開放花蓮機場往南10公里至台東機場往北10公里範圍內，是全國唯一熱氣球自由飛的空域，將以兆豐農場為基地，常駐2顆熱氣球，只要天候狀況許可，計畫每天飛4航次；與繫留方式不同，將是自由飛，讓民眾從空中欣賞花東縱谷美景。

葉又青指出，兆豐農場面積達720多公頃，今天在園區內試飛情況良好，熱氣球點火後3分鐘左右就能升到2400呎高空，計劃元旦推出乘熱氣球看第一道曙光活動。

兆豐農場場長陳泰明說，東部清晨最適合熱氣球升空，想體驗的民眾要趁早。
