中共國家主席習近平上任以來，曾多次提到「中國夢」，近日在河北秦皇島市北戴河區一座21公尺高的大型「中國夢」牌碑正式亮相，號稱「中國夢第一碑」。

中國經濟網報導，該碑位於「圓夢園」遊樂場內，用純銅製作，耗資400萬元人民幣（約台幣2048萬元），分為碑座、碑身、碑頭三個部分，總高21公尺，碑身正反兩面分別雕刻著「中國夢」和「社會主義核心價值觀」等巨型文字。

碑座正面浮雕是國家主席習近平對「中國夢」的闡釋，碑底由4個「共」字變形，寓意中國人共享。「圓夢園」創辦人王殿明表示，希望訪客對「中國夢」和「社會主義核心價值觀」敬仰。

此外，「圓夢園」內還有一座高18.8公尺的「和碑」，「和」的文化始祖、先秦聖賢「史伯」的巨型雕像。
