對於台灣高等法院駁回前總統陳水扁保外就醫抗告，高雄市長陳菊表示無法接受，並再度呼籲政府速讓陳水扁保外就醫。

陳菊今天下午和行政院前院長張俊雄、台大教授李鴻禧、立法委員李昆澤、李俊俋，前往台中培德監獄探視陳水扁。

陳菊說，陳水扁的健康已經亮起紅燈，今天他和探視的人談話不到一小時，就出現尿失禁、手抖的情形；榮總等醫療團隊都已提出專業建議，認為陳水扁應該居家療養，總統馬英九應尊重醫師的專業判斷，立即讓阿扁保外就醫、居家治療。
