朱立倫提修憲王金平：牽一髮動全身

新北市長朱立倫日前宣布參選黨主席時也提出修憲改內閣制的構想，立法院長王金平今天下午表示，朱立倫提出構想前並未跟他討論，但他認為這是朱參選黨主席的政見，予以尊重。但他認為如果要修憲過程冗長，2016之前恐怕無法完成，他形容，「牽一髮動全身，我不敢猜何時會完成，說不定2020都還看不到也很難說，我不敢講。」

至於黨籍訴訟，對朱立倫提出「家和萬事興」之說，王金平則回應，「恭喜他即將就任黨主席，謝謝他的好意，但我一切還是順其自然，他們怎麼處理我都接受。」
