我的網站是用xampp、wordpress架的。資料庫都設定好了，也可以進去控制台編輯，站臺電腦可以進去，可是外面的電腦沒辦法連上。
我要怎麼解決這個問題?
還有，要怎麼改網址?

作業系統:windows7
網路:大大寬頻cable
電腦主板:gigabyte
