改零件 愛瘋6趕工生產螢幕

（路透東京22日電）供應鏈消息人士表示，在需要重新設計關鍵零組件，打亂面板生產下，蘋果公司（Apple Inc）供應商趕著生產足夠的新iPhone 6智慧型手機螢幕。iPhone 6預定下個月推出。

消息人士表示，這個突發事件是否會讓發表會延後，或限制原先可拿到手機的消費者數量都還不確定。隨著市占率流失到較低價手機，蘋果為年終購物季準備螢幕較大的iPhone來應戰。

但這個問題凸顯供應商為了合乎蘋果要求的嚴格規格，所面臨的風險及挑戰。

蘋果預定9月9日舉行發表會，許多人預期4.7吋和5.5吋螢幕的新iPhone 6將現身。iPhone 5s和5c螢幕都是4吋。

兩名供應鏈消息人士表示，因必須修改背光技術，造成6月和7月螢幕組裝一部分暫停，顯示面板生產因此受挫。其中1名消息人士表示，有製造最薄手機野心的蘋果原先想將4.7吋螢幕背光膜減少為1層，而非標準規格的2層，結果不夠明亮。4.7吋螢幕比5.5吋螢幕先量產。中央社（翻譯）
