（中央社記者張榮祥台南22日電）高雄氣爆影響，台南管線瓦斯外洩，警消總是如臨大敵，台電今天未事先申請卻挖斷安南區道路管線，市府立刻開罰3萬元。 台南市消防局上午10時39分獲報，安南區北安路、怡安路及長溪路三叉路口瓦斯大量外洩，上噴一層樓高，馬上派出9輛消防車趕往，且通知瓦斯公司。 因這個三叉路口是交通要道，車流量極大，警方也出動控管交通，封鎖線拉開300公尺，瓦斯公司則切斷瓦斯輸送，消防人員灑水降低瓦斯濃度，1小時後狀況解除。 市府調查發現，這起瓦斯外洩意外，是台電配合市府路平專案而施工，台電應在今年1月31日前完成地下作業，卻拖到今天才開工，且未事先申請，僅以傳真報備方式後就施工。 市府表示，台電此舉已違反「台南市道路挖掘管理自治條例」，市府下午立刻開罰，這也是台南市挖到管線管路引起氣體外洩的第一張罰單。 市府說，日後管線單位施工若不慎挖到管路，引起氣體外洩，將予處罰，絕不寬貸。 http://ppt.cc/agCx -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.221.136 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1408717638.A.379.html
