Dynegy收購電廠 拓展市場

（中央社台北2014年8月22日電）美國第3大獨立電力生產商Dynegy Inc. (DYN) 同意出價62.5億美元，買下杜克能源公司（Duke Energy Corp. US-DUK）和Energy Capital Partners的發電廠，產能幾近倍增。

這3家公司今天公告指出，這筆買賣包括11家發電廠與Duke Energy Retail Sales。交易預計今年稍後或明年初完成。

這項交易提升Dynegy在全美最大供電系統商PJMInterconnection LLC與新英格蘭（New England）地區的的銷售。新英格蘭地區的寒冬及燃料短缺，曾在1月導致電價飆漲。

Dynegy執行長弗萊克森（Robert Flexon）說：「藉由在PJM和新英格蘭市場擴展可觀的規模，這些投資組合的加入讓Dynegy產生蛻變。」（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
