梅克爾：烏國問題的核心是領土完整

德國總理梅克爾9日在與美國總統歐巴馬的聯合記者會中說，烏克蘭危機的核心是領土完整，放棄此一原則，將危及「歐洲的和平秩序」。

梅克爾說：「我來自歐洲，我只能說，若是我們放棄此一領土完整原則，將無法維繫歐洲的和平秩序。這是根本。」
