聯博全球高收益債券基金准募

（中央社記者潘智義台北2015年2月10日電）證期局核准聯博證券投資信託公司申報募集「聯博全球高收益債券基金」，總額新台幣400億元，以新台幣、美元、人民幣、澳幣及南非幣計價發行。

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局表示，原則上，聯博全球高收益債券基金自成立日起3個月後，整體債券投資組合的加權平均存續期間在1年以上。

自基金成立日起6個月後，投資於外國有價證券總金額不得低於基金淨值60%，投資於高收益債券總金額不低於基金淨值60%。

另外，投資所在國家或地區國家主權評等未達公開說明書所列信用評等機構評定等級者，投資當地政府債券及其他債券總金額，不得超過基金淨值30%。
