OPEC調降美國原油產量展望油價攀高

OPEC調降美國原油產量展望油價攀高

國際油價周一（9日）持續上揚，理由是石油輸出國組織（OPEC）調降市場今年對美國原油產量的預測，認為油價重挫已經抑制鑽油活動。

西德州中質油收盤上漲2.3%至每桶52.86美元，盤中漲幅一度達4.5%，延續上周大漲7.2%的氣勢。布侖特原油漲至每桶57.8美元，漲幅為2.2%，盤中漲幅一度達4.4%。

OPEC周一大幅調升今年市場對OPEC原油的需求預估，表示自去年6月以來油價腰斬，以使美國與其他國家原油產量以超乎市場預期的速度下滑。不僅如此，OPEC還下修非OPEC產油國的供應成長預估，美國的原油供應量預估也被調降。

Tradition Energy公司分析師麥可吉倫說：「OPEC這份報告，加上最新數據顯示美國原油鑽井平台的數量降到2011年以來最低，讓增添了投資人樂觀的情緒。我還不確定這是否只是短期的修正，還是已經觸底。」

據Baker Hughs調查，過去九周以來，美國的原油鑽井平台數量一共減少435座，下滑幅度為史上首見。
