李全教遭收押國民黨：尊重

國民黨籍台南市議長李全教因涉嫌在議長選舉中行賄，今天凌晨遭收押禁見，國民黨台南市黨部主委謝龍介表示，尊重司法。

謝龍介指出，國民黨一切尊重司法，希望檢調儘速查清真相，勿枉勿縱，國民黨期待司法機關公平處理李全教案，尊重當事人權利，且謹守偵查不公開的保密義務。

謝龍介表示，國民黨尊重司法檢調的處理，目前全案已進入司法調查，在真相尚待查明前，各界應給予司法獨立辦案空間，尤其不要指揮檢調辦案，徒然破壞司法公信力，激化民眾情緒，引發不必要的對立。
