【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】據好房不動產市場週報最新的統計，今年第一季有15家指標上市櫃建商強力作多推案，15家上市上櫃建商的推案量爆出852億元，顯示建商避開9合1選舉因素將推案遞延，因而出現今年第一季爆量的市況，與去年928檔期實際推案量縮四成的窘況，出現明顯翻轉的現象。

今年第一季上市櫃建商推案的前五名，分別是潤隆建設的110億元、遠雄建設的105億元、太子建設的96億元、總太建設的87億元及聯上開發的75億元，其他有超過50億元推案的還有國揚建設及冠德建設。各大建商可謂一反去年年底前保守推案的心態，於今年第一季就大幅度的加碼推案。

好房網社長倪子仁表示，上市建商的指標建案火紅出籠，值得注意的是，除了「量」外，「價」將是觀察的另一重點。動見觀瞻的上市上櫃建商，2015年第一季的推案量與銷售狀況，將左右329檔期的推案，甚至對台灣未來房市有著重要的影響，也因為第一季的推案量將延續至329檔期，於是今年329檔期的推案將是觀察重點。
