智慧電視語音有隱私疑慮

最近有外國科技媒體揭露，南韓「三星」的智慧型電視，在使用條款中，敘述說：「三星智慧型電視可能會收集語音命令，與相關的文字指令，來促進服務品質。此外，如果在使用語音識別時，語音指令中若包含個人或其他私密資訊，也會被紀錄下來，並且可能被轉交給第三方服務商」，因而引發隱私外洩疑慮。

三星澄清，他們不會保留這些語音資訊，用戶如果使用語音指令功能，那麼這些音頻指令資料，是會傳回第三方服務商的搜尋伺服器中，找到結果後，再回傳到電視上。

不過消費者對三星的說法，還是覺得不太安心。有資安專家就建議，如果使用相關設備的用戶，害怕自己在家中的對話，被紀錄下來的話，那就只能在智慧電視的設定畫面中，設定「關閉語音指令功能」。
