《國際產業》微軟發債107.5億美元，規模創今年新高

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】為了支應股東報酬，微軟周一發行107.5億美元公司債，超越蘋果最近一次的發債規模，並創下今年以來美企發債記錄與微軟歷來發債記錄。

微軟原先規畫的本次發債金額為70億美元，但由於市場對這家全世界唯一擁有3A頂級信評的科技公司需求高達370億美元，因此微軟決定將發債規模提高至107.5億美元。

其中15億美元為5年到期債券，15億美元為7年期債券，22.5億美元為10年期，15億美元為20年期，17.5億美元為30年期，以及22.5億美元為40年期。

為了支付回購股票計畫，一周前蘋果甫發行公司債65億美元，為多年以來第三次發債。

當政府公債殖利率因量化寬鬆措施而大幅下滑之際，微軟與蘋果均受益於全世界投資人對高品質公司債的龐大需求。由於舉債成本變得如此低廉，像微軟等企業寧可發行債務，也不願動用現金。
