台灣科學家技術 找到宇宙大爆炸證據

美國科學家監測到宇宙140億年前「大爆炸」（Big Bang）後宇宙擴張的直接證據。團隊重要成員之一郭兆林，是台灣大學物理系系友，郭兆林的學長、台大教授吳俊輝今天得知這項消息，直誇郭兆林不僅努力又有天份。聽到外電消息傳來時，他「全身都起雞皮疙瘩」，真的很替學弟感到高興。

吳俊輝透露，美國研究團隊之所以有這項重大突破，主要在於研究計畫所使用的偵測器，這項偵測器是郭兆林獨門設計，一開始還有同業懷疑他的方法並不可行，結果證實相當管用。

吳俊輝說，郭兆林比他小一屆，在台大期間，兩人都不是太認真埋頭苦讀的類型，在老師眼中絕非乖寶寶。他印象中的郭兆林個性活，大學時代就展現很強的實作能力，平常喜歡「摸東摸西」，也多方涉獵各種社團活動。吳俊輝擔任理學院學生會會長時，郭兆林也曾參與協助學生自治事務。
